We aim for you to be fully satisfied with your Wellness & Strength Hub purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.


📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Includes all tags, seals, and accessories.

  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened/used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products.

  • Unsealed beauty devices, tools, or wellness accessories.

  • Intimate or hygienic products.

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked at purchase).


🔄 How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us First
Email info@wellnessandstrengthhub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not ship anything back without authorization.

Step 2 – Receive Instructions
If approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Step 3 – Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item and mail it to the provided address using a trackable service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4 – Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected (within 7–10 business days), we’ll notify you and process your refund.


💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping fees are not refundable.

  • 15% restocking fee applies to items not returned in original condition.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after approval.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@wellnessandstrengthhub.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
