We aim for you to be fully satisfied with your Wellness & Strength Hub purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Includes all tags, seals, and accessories.
You have your order number or proof of purchase.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Opened/used skincare, haircare, or cosmetic products.
Unsealed beauty devices, tools, or wellness accessories.
Intimate or hygienic products.
Final sale or clearance items (marked at purchase).
Step 1 – Contact Us First
Email info@wellnessandstrengthhub.com with your order number and reason for return.
Do not ship anything back without authorization.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions
If approved, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
Step 3 – Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item and mail it to the provided address using a trackable service.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 4 – Inspection & Refund
Once received and inspected (within 7–10 business days), we’ll notify you and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Return shipping fees are not refundable.
A 15% restocking fee applies to items not returned in original condition.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after approval.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@wellnessandstrengthhub.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
