All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and order size. Shipping times do not include processing time.

Note: Wellness & Strength Hub operates on a dropshipping model. Your order may ship directly from one of our trusted supplier warehouses, which may affect the exact carrier used and the origin of shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions

• Shipping destination

• Selected shipping speed

We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Details will be clearly advertised on our site.

4. International Shipping & Customs

• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Wellness & Strength Hub has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• Shipping Restrictions: Due to manufacturer or carrier restrictions, some products may not be available for international shipping. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, error-free shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, factors outside our control—such as weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or logistical issues—may occasionally delay delivery. Wellness & Strength Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed according to tracking, contact us, and we will help initiate a carrier investigation.

7. Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
